It was an interesting thesis diving into the complicated matter of religious jurisprudence I particularly believe Professor Munoz did an excellent job clarifying the positions of Jefferson Madison and Washington I would rate this section a 1010 However I am skeptical about his predictions as to how each founder would have answered today's issues in regards to religion and politics I am always weary and skeptical of such predictions though I do believe the research done provided a fantastic basis to make such claims I rate that section a 910 Overall though I would suggest this book to any person interested in this field of law or American politics in general
