    Loved this book Horst does an excellent job highlighting the importance of motivating team members by sharing an inspiring vision His concepts are simple and easy to understand amazingly basic strategies that are unfortunately so freuently second guessed or forgotten that many business do indeed end up compromising or losing market share The businesses that hold true to core values instill employee desires to be part of something greater than themselves and consistently perform above average will always outshine their competitors everyone benefits in this model Can't say enough good things about this book an easy read the stories are inspiring and Horst's moral compass is set on due North
